Correct sizing and careful preparation help minimise lifting or premature removal. Choose a nail that fits comfortably from sidewall to sidewall without overlapping the surrounding skin. Make sure your natural nail is clean, dry and oil-free, then apply the adhesive tab to your natural nail, peel off the top film and press the Press-On firmly into place for the recommended time.

Yes. Normal hand washing and showering are fine. To help maximise wear, avoid prolonged soaking or submersion where possible. If you are planning extended swimming or water activities, applying a fresh adhesive tab beforehand may help maintain adhesion

Yes. Sistaco Press-Ons are designed for normal daily activities, including exercise. Take extra care during high-impact activities or sports where a nail may catch or be knocked.

Use our Press-On Size Guide to measure your natural nail width and select the closest fit. Choose a size that sits comfortably from sidewall to sidewall without overlapping the surrounding skin. If you are between sizes, select the size that gives the most comfortable, secure fit without forcing the Press-On onto the nail.

Every set includes a mini nail file. You can gently shorten and reshape the Press-On to suit your preference. File gradually and check the shape as you go.

No. Your set includes the essentials needed for application, including a prep pad, adhesive tabs, nail file and wooden stick. No UV lamp is required. For best results and to preserve reusability, we recommend using the supplied adhesive tabs in accordance with the application instructions.

Using our Ease Away Pen apply an amount of liquid under the Sustainable nail to loosen the nail tab. Allow it time to work around the adhesive. Gently work from the sides using the wooden stick. Never force or pull the Press-On from the natural nail. If you feel resistance, apply more oil, wait a little longer and try again gently.
When Nail releases, if you still have some of the nail tab sitting on your natural nail do not pull or roll off as you can damage your natural nail. Use our Erase Pad to break down the formula

Yes! When you’re ready for a change, soak your nails in warm, soapy water to help loosen the adhesive tabs. Gently ease the press-ons away as they release.

Yes. With careful removal, cleaning and storage, Sistaco Press-Ons can be reused. After removal, gently peel away the used adhesive tab from the back of the Press-On and store the nail in its tray or storage box. Before your next wear, apply fresh tabs to your clean, dry natural nails, peel off the top film, then press the press-on nails on top. The number of reuses will vary depending on wear, removal and care.

Replacement Adhesive Tabs are available from Sistaco Accessories on our website. Keeping a spare pack on hand makes reapplication easy.

Sistaco Press-Ons are made from a bio-sourced, plant-derived polymer material. They are made without HEMA, MMA or formaldehyde.

Sistaco Press-Ons are applied using adhesive tabs rather than a UV-cured gel application. However, sensitivities can occur with many materials and adhesives. If you have a known sensitivity to adhesives or nail products, consider testing one nail first and discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

They offer two different ways to enjoy a Sistaco manicure. Mineral Bond uses our powder system with Base and Top Coats to create a longer-wear manicure. Press-Ons provide a quick, easy-to-apply alternative that can be removed and changed when you want a different look. They are particularly convenient for events, travel or anyone who enjoys changing styles regularly.

Due to the personal-use and hygiene nature of our nail products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.  If your product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us at hello@sistaco.com and our team will assist you. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law

We ship Australian orders from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We endeavour to dispatch orders promptly. During sales, product launches and other high-volume periods, dispatch may take longer. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you.
Carrier transit times are outside Sistaco’s direct control.

Where supported by the selected carrier and destination, we can deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
