1. Apply the base coat and set under the LED.
2. Dab the nail powder (Marigold) and brush off the excess.
3. Apply the top coat and set under the LED.
4. Mix the nail powder with top coat.
5. Paint small dots on your middle finger and a heart shape on your index and ring finger. Set under the LED.
